UPDATE: About 5:30 AM on April 24, 2025: Upon entering we didn’t see anyone and I walked past the counter and found a female employee sleeping in a chair. Yes the doors were open otherwise how did I get in and see a sleeping employee. I asked if they had a room with two queen sized beds. She was hesitating and said she had one room left. My sister and I parked in the back and brought our luggage to the room. The elevator was disgusting but we decided to check out the room. Once in the room, which looked ok, we used the bathroom and were getting ready to take a shower and the AC was at 77 degrees. We tried everything to get it to work and it wouldn’t come on. We then took our luggage back down to the car and we were attacked by bugs in the hallway. We told the clerk the AC wasn’t working and she said we had a king-sized room. We told her we needed to separate beds due to us having CPAC machines and needing two separate nights stands or a table in between the beds. She said, well I will get with my supervisor. I told her I wanted my money back. We were setting underneath the overhang looking for another hotel, when the clerk came out and said again, she had a king-sized room and we told her again we could not use it. She was upset and she said I don’t know if you will get your money back. Make no mistake, I was at the Hilton and I am Honors member, see receipt.

I was there on a Tuesday night. The lobby is welcoming, but the desk staff could be a bit more welcoming. I called down for some Kleenex as the box in the bathroom was empty, but it never arrived. I would not recommend room 225 because it is just above all the condenser units for the AC units, and it was quite noisy. The room was clean. No laundry bag. Breakfast was good, but the biscuit was a bit tough. Daphne, the server at breakfast, was delightful and engaged.

Other than the TV had a lots of mess up, windows blind would not open. Other than that, overall visit was good

The inside and outside of the property were very clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and accommodating when needed. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at.

My stay was great however the hotel did not handle the charges correctly. We were double charged, my account is now in the negative and we are experiencing difficulties getting this handled. As of now, my account is in the negative and my daughter and I have been charged for the same amounts.
